Yoshikitty.net is where I fangirl about mainly Japanese, but also some Korean/Taiwanese fandoms I like. The name “Yoshikitty” comes from the collaboration between X JAPAN co-founder Yoshiki and Hello Kitty.

A little about me

I’m a 20 year old girl from Belgium, currently studying IT at university. I’m mostly quiet and I prefer being home watching dramas and talking on MSN rather than going out. As you have probably guessed by the contents of this blog, I’m rather obsessed with the Japanese entertainment industry. I initially got into it through Ayumi Hamasaki back in 2006, but over the years my favorite singers have changed and dramas have entered the picture as well.

As of now, my absolute favorite idols would be Akame [Akanishi Jin × Kamenashi Kazuya]. Although I’m painfully aware that they aren’t too close anymore in real life, they are still my favorites and there’s always fanfiction to replace the lack of real life interaction. In particular when it comes to Akame, there’s one fanfic that I love to death which is “In His Care” by blue-orbs. It’s simply the best thing I have ever read. ♥

The music I listen to the most are by Johnny’s Entertainment groups (mainly KAT-TUN and NEWS) and the J-rock band X JAPAN.
